Jefferson and others rights theorists maintained that we deduce other more specific rights from these, including the rights of property, movement, speech, and religious expression. The only point in a meeting here is to get a consensus agreement for something already decided upon prior to the meeting. Cultures with low uncertainty avoidance tend to accept risk and change and prefer implicit or flexible rules and guidelines.
